I haven't been paying super close attention to this expansion, but I love the idea of "if both players have a card in their deck, do something cool". If every player gets the card (and you can make it start-of-game and expand the max deck size to 31), then Blizzard could use this to A/B test changes to the rules by seeing how often it gets played. I personally love this 15s speed hearthstone. Could make it watchable on Twitch again too.

It's the turn the card was drawn. That way you can see if the opponent has been holding a card for several turns.

if the opponend doesn't have the card "Nozdormu the eternal" in the deck. You can Psychic scream(spell) "Nozdormu the eternal" into your opponents deck and put one copy into your own deck. Activating your "Nozdormu the eternal" :) combo
