Never really thought of all those moves being trainable things.. But after watching this... there are soo many technical moves to basketball. I never knew how physical you could get within the rules. Like that chest contact to euro step is so cool. When someone is in front of me at La fitness, I just figure I'll pass it cuz I can't get around them but I never thought of just going straight at them like that

Also Ziwei Zhang( this hooper in the video) is really good and a big influencer in Chinese baller network but I don’t think he’s THE TOP 101 player tho, probably one of the best in those street ballers.

Not to mention the fact that this guy is Chinese amateur streetball player who is not used to play three dribble rules (when they play one on one in China, they never do three dribbles. it's always unlimited). Thanks coach for thos very detailed and useful training exercises. One thing that got me puzzled is the right foot-right foot fadeway. Because this should be a travel by any rules nowadays. Used to be allowed to land on the same feet a few years ago and now illegal (for no obvious reason to me). Same vein about travels, I feel that if he's that good with his jab steps is because he's always traveling at the start. Not sure if it's allowed to lift your pivot foot before the ball touching the ground or if it's just tolerated in NBA rules ?
