@@jasonroelant6959 yeah, all speculation but my guess was that he wanted to stay loyal to Mizuno and not do the Callaway thing. I thought that factored into the departure. Obviously I was wrong lol. Admittedly I wasn’t the biggest fan of ‘Good Good’. I probably wasn’t their target audience though. 36 year old. I always watched and still watch Grants stuff. Some of Garrets stuff too depending who he’s with. Too each their own but some of the guys I just can’t take.

I believe Grant is an OG Ping user. His go to driver was the G400. Would love to see Ping enter into the YT Golf world although I think it’s unlikely. As everyone mentioned Cobra is the likeliest.

I would have to say that this is the first time I have seen a pro play in mud and dead grass. They always seem to be playing in great conditions. Even videos on YT . They give lessons on great grass. Not the dead and mud grass. That's how good they are. Wish others would take note.

During the golf cart interview, I wish Grant asked Bryson about his second place long drive competition. He came in second behind Martin. Berkshire wasn't competitive because of hand surgery just a month before.

It happens to us as well Grant, whenever you see people crushing drives..you tend to get quick and overswing. Kick that up a few more notches, when the guys crushing it are Bryson and Chase.

Here’s a helpful tip to stop hitting a push/ draw. Grants got the same swing I had a month ago. He’s coming in too inside and to keep it from pushing dead right is bc of the shut club face. A good drill is to take an iron and play it like a bunker shot and hit it 40-50 yards. On the downswing, feel like your hands are gonna hit ur left pocket and from there, it’s just making sure the club face is good

A playing partner of mine was about to do that, I thought he was just going to pick his ball up but he was getting ready to hit it when the home owner stepped out on his deck and said, “your not really going to play that are you?!” He ended up taking a drop!! Grant said it and it's why I say he left good good. He wants to play stroke play, that's what real golfers play. You only get worse when you are playing scrambles all the time and Grant truly wants to be a better golfer and you only do that with playing your own ball all round
