You get two stages if you go up one builderbase. And in the builderbase every troop has an ability. The barbs have the rage, the bomber a giant bomb and so on.

the gear looking things are a seasonal event for december it’s like a pass u can get rewards and get epic gear for heros for free if u save enough and it’s easy to max at the pass cause it’s the 29th a few attacks will get u most of what u need
