It's so much better than Shadow Royale, it was a bit harder to win as a legend, and it felt so good to escape. It felt a bit spookier too, as you'd be on your own.

Who else remembers season 3. When they tried to drop like 7 modes on us but only 4 or 5 of em worked... That was so cool... And season 8 they tried again with all new modes. But only 2 or 3 of em worked... That was a different time. Before skins equalled content haha

That was in Season 8, the Chaos Theory event, but we got the Grand Soiree event in Season 3 which had loads of LTMs like every day or 2. But those days were fun, when we actually got content and fun stuff.... we're never getting stuff like it again.

I really liked hardcore royale. Easily my favorite LTM aside from the OG kings canyon ones. I kind of wish headshots were one-shot like in halo, but considering how busted guns like the r99 would be, I can understand why they didn't. I garauntee you they were testing to see if removing armor swaps would be healthy for the game, which I'm glad they decided against.

I remember all of these except Elite Queue. Plus Deja Loot was missed in this, where the mode was basically a match with everything having a set location or path. As the set item spawns and dropship pathing being changed every few matches or so.

There was one you didn't include. It was when after you got knocked you immediately get respawned via dropship with all your loot you had. Can't remember the name of the mode. But they cut it out because it was super buggy. It was really fun and only played it for half a match.

Hardcore royal was one of the most enjoyable LTM for me. Every 1v1 were about skill, not armor lv or who had 10 armor swaps next to him

Dummies was epic. The Elite Que was really Hard if you just kept playing elite only ... i think there was a badge for 5times in the row... It changed the Pubs as well everyone suddenly played so Passive aggressive before it was cool. Amazing times.

A version of BR like Ring Fury could be pretty cool. Get rid of the main ring altogether. Instead, have like 5-10 small ring flares open up around the map and gradually expand throughout the game and spread out across the map. Would make for much more reactiveness in gameplay.

I remember when I played this Shadow Royale mode I had like 32 kills I was stuck in the middle of Bunker everyone else made it to the Dropship but I was stuck inside bunker killing all the zombies it was crazy it was funny because the 10 people that were alive and Shadow Royal mode they could actually hear you on the mic and I was freaking out like dude I'm stuck in Bunker I got like 32 kills right now I think I had 37 before the game actually ended like I had five or seven zombies coming at me at the same time I was trying to set fences and everything😂😂😂 oh yeah another thing that the first original mode they could also wall jump over without touching the ground and over and over as many times as they want so some of them knew they could but the others didn't know about it but the ones that did know how to wall jump over and over those were scary ones go against😂

Ramparts passive should give different buffs for different weapon types. Snipers and marksmen’s have a lot faster strafe speed / Assault rifles have greater recoil control / LMGs have her current passive / Shotguns pellets have faster velocity / SMGs consume half the ammo count effectively doubling your smg ammo / Pistols have better hip fire

Shadowfall was the best! Too bad everyone was so focused on trying to win as a survivor to get the badge. In the end it took no skill to win because there were no shadows to fight.

Shadow Royale would work much better if squads didn't get eliminated when dead. Let them keep coming back as shadows and rushing until the last living person/squad is left and wins. The mode should work the opposite of the way it does here. It would get more chaotic and swarmy towards the end game, rather than fizzling out and slowing to a crawl the way it does here in the video.

My experience as a new player: I just started playing apex(been 4 days) and I think i will quit. The reason being is that ranked is locked till lvl 50 so i can only play unranked. Now the problem is that in 9 out of 10 matches I've played just now the first team i encountered was AT LEAST platinum, so instant death. I mean if I'm not even gonna get a chance to fight back, get a chance to get better but get absolutely destroyed till I've reached lvl 50 so i can play with players of my own skill level than I'd rather not play the game entirely. P.s. I played apex mobile from the day it was out and i can assuringly say that it was a much better experience and that it was the best mobile fps game. The original is just..not worth the time.

So you played for a couple days and only 10 matches? The wording makes it seem like you have literally only played 10 matches, but regardless, if you're just going to quit after barely any time played then you're missing out man. Apex has been around for a couple years now so yes there are going to be LOTS of experienced players, even in pubs. You just gotta practice, practice, practice. I too really enjoyed mobile. I was fairly decent at it and I wish it was still around.

Apex is awesome but especially this season the matchmaking is very hard. I don't know. It feels like everyone I go up against is better than me and I have 1000+ hrs and have practiced lots. I think some of it is just that the average steam player is becoming very skilled, and then the majority is just the matchmaker putting me up against really hard lobbies. I'm starting to think I might be getting harder battle royale lobbies because of how I do in mixtape but that's just a theory.

The more they nerf aim assist, the better controller players are gonna be. Aim assist affects movement. The stronger the aim assist the more rigid your movement because of the lock on, the weaker the aim assist the more free your movement. Nerf aim assist and see controller players become GODs due to the Analog stick. Remember aim assist has been nerf from .6 to .4 and people still complaining about aim assist😂. Yer it’s because it’s having a counter effect of freeing up movement for controllers 😂😂. Why you think most pros play Linear.
