It was another point and click, and you got to play as a bunch of different characters and all the locations were really iconic and creative. I feel bad for Purple Lamp Studios because they did a fantastic job with BFBB Rehydrated and the Cosmic Shake but unfortunately the former underperformed in sales. I'm guessing because it wasn't advertised well enough. It's a small austrian indie studio with a lot of talent and passion and I hope they don't get shut down.

Recently just finished Cosmic Shake, and I agree with you it’s one of the best SpongeBob games ever. They literally nailed it as a successor to SpongeBob BFBB RH. I just wish it had a lot more success than they did it’s unfortunate to see it didn’t sell half as great as BFBB RH, especially with how great this game was.

I've played Employee of the Month on PC as a kid, and "Are we there yet?" "I need to go to the bathroom" is permanently drilled into my mind. Also, play handheld versions of games, they sometimes are better than the main console version. Also because the title of the video is inaccurate otherwise, should've called it "Small reviews of all of the main versions of Spongebob games up to The Cosmic Shake" (because Cook-Off released 2 years prior to The Cosmic Shake...).

The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Game is super nostalgic, I remember grinding this game out upgrading all the skills and abilities as a kid probably put way more time into it then I should have lol. Creature from the Krusty Krab being a fever dream is so true, it was so weird but the variety in the different characters missions was really interesting at times the game even kinda creeped me out as a kid. The PC Version of Battle for Bikini Bottom is actually a total different game than the console version. It has a lot of different Mini Games and Areas, which was awesome and is pure nostalgie to me if I watch it. You should try it :) Also Light Camera Pants is a Plattformer on the GBA Version ^^

3:50 The "Wrong Side" is actually the other half of the game. The game is essentially a two-parter, and you can choose which one to do first, kindof like Sonic Adventure with the LIGHT and DARK paths. However, in this example, it's more or less a "how do you want to experience what the game has to offer" type of thing instead of anything majorly different. The Right Side is the story you just saw, but the Wrong Side involves Spongebob rescuing Gary from a kidnapping attempt made by Plankton. Spongebob does this by completing tasks given by Plankton over a tape recorder. The Minigames are the exact same, but in a different order, and sometimes even involving different characters. For example, on the Wrong Side, Squidward accompanies Spongebob to the Hooks instead of Patrick, and the goal is to collect the cheese, not eat it. The Wrong Side ends with Plankton asking for a ransom, which Mr. Krabs just agrees to, however, a sea ant brings back the tape recorded Spongebob had, which finally self-destructs and thwarts Plankton's plan. Gary and Spongebob reunite afterwards. You also missed a game for the PC called Nighty Nightmare. Nighty Nightmare is a version of Creature from the Krusty Krab, made to be more similar to Spongebob's other PC adventures (more specifically things like Battle For Bikini Bottom on the PC, and Operation Krabby Patty). I know that you've said you weren't playing the alternate versions of games, but this game in particular is somewhat different to the original game in such a way where I feel like it's its own specific game (I mean, it even has a different title). In Nighty Nightmare, every character you play as in CFTKK is playable, but every character has a Dream and a Nightmare section. Spongebob's dream is getting entered into the Bikini Bottom 5000, where obstacles in the race suddenly come to life and you have to race around them and... well, win the race. His nightmare is, after winning the race, jellyfish aliens invade, abducting Spongebob, and now he has to navigate the alien spaceship and defeat the aliens inside. The ending for the nightmare even brings back his Quickster outfit for the ending cutscene and such. Patrick's dream is being a superhero, like in the game, but his nightmare is that his cape gets destroyed, rendering him powerless. Plankton's dream is growing giant and destroying Bikini Bottom, while his nightmare is being eaten by a whale. This one's notable for being sortof like Pikmin. You find other Plankton in the whale and command them to fight and do other tasks, if I remember correctly. And unlike the original console game, the dreams never combine in any way; they are all completely seperate adventures with no correlation.
