I'm sure you know this, but a lot of the reason you get sacked is not doing the objectives or not dealing with player requests - even if it needs editing out, keep an eye on the top right, if something about "wage demands" comes in, sort it, maybe just check it every couple of weeks to make sure nothing that could tank your manager rating is lingering in there

A good tip for everyone doing non realistic career modes, many of the Mexican national team players are on the free agents because the club they play for arent in the game but they are in because of the national team. The best one is probably alexis vega as he’s got decent potential and is only 24

yup some other good free agents for more realistic careers are Marko Stamenic (cdm) and Labrovic (gk), stamenic is 68 rated w an 80 potential and labrovic is a 72 with a 79 potential, perfect for championship saves
