Based on events, the overall of the player decides if you get a walkout, so when did you got the 103s tots, its min ovr 110 a walkout so a 109 is not a walkout. and based on your level you unlock more things so at level 5, you unlock the market and at level 10, you unlock leagues and at level 15, you unlock different ultimate teams. hope this helps!

But tbh I like dreams league online multiplayer better as you can pause the game go onto more time etc. like that’s what I’ve wanted ea to implement but failed.
