Fishing Planet is one of my favorite games, but sometimes it takes time to level up. If you change the time to the peak, which is the yellow, by pressing x then you will get more bites. Also to cast farther you need to press down on the left or right stick, I think. Love the vids and hope this helps.

There’s missions you can do to help you level up quicker. When you get more levels you can buy more stuff. Also look at the game controls so you know what to click. Once you get that it’s interesting!

You could go into the shop, I think there's a bundle called spotted tips or something, it has spoons, line, a reel and a new rod. You'll be able to catch spotted bass with it which is a little funner (the bundle costs in-game money I believe) if you can't buy baits then you probably aren't a high enough level

Also kg you need to buy a spinning rod to use lures for bass. So in the rod section of the store buy a spinning rod, then buy a spinning reel and then a lure (maybe new line depending on if you want it). Then go to that bridge on Texas cast out and you’ll catch bass. Do the stop and go motion bu reeling a bit then stop, then repeat

To over head cast you press 1 of the analog sticks. And to bass fish u either need to level up to get a bass rod or buy a pack with 1

Kendall before you buy any bass lures you have to buy a bait caster and for the texas pond the white jigs work best for the bass and you go to the bridge and work it on both sides
