Dude, the nuances you put into your playing is one of the things that really sets you apart from lesser players. You get that walking bass going with all the little timing intricacies, and then jump into the runs for counterpoint and it's always fun to witness. Keep up the good work. If I lived in Japan I would make a special trip several miles to come hear you play! :-)

it always slightly bothers me that you don't wear a mask. honestly especially in the cable ride video where you sat with other passengers in a really small closed space. i really like your music but as someone who was sick with covid (and knows how much of a bitch it can be) itd be good to see you with a mask in the videos.

I’m really sorry you had covid but I’m glad you seem to have recovered. When the place requires me to wear a mask while performing I always do. A lot of my street videos I am wearing a mask. In many cases, including this video, the people in charge of the venue who invited me to play ask me to take off my mask only for the actual performance. If i talk to people afterwards I of course put the mask back on. I don’t think being judgmental of peoples behavior without knowing the circumstances is very productive but you are of course entitled to your opinion.
