1:16 The hitbox on Jigglypuff’s Sing isn’t continuous. The move has three hits, each of which can be shielded, and between each of which you can safely land, drop shield, or do anything else. So Falco got up during hit 1, spotdodged hit 2 and shielded hit 3, then punished you in the end lag after the final hit.

Bassmage is super right in believing puff wins against min min, the off stage is practically free for puff and she can go over the arms pretty well with her jumps

Learned a little secret from bass mage's recent Jigglypuff guide, but the sing hitbox is active in time with the visual queue of her arms! Watch the animation it has 3 pulses for left arm, right arm, and both arms. Kinda a cool little jiggs fact.

You can also use f-air for a jab reset, it sends a bit lower, and easier to hit, you gotta do a rising f-air so you can drift to the opponent to get there in time.

Pac-Man really does seem like a bad match-up for Jiggs. His recovery is so good that he's not afraid of being off-stage with Jigglypuff, and his onstage game is just better because he has more options. I'm not sure how it's meant to run even. I want to see you try Little Mac. We all known how bad things can go for Little Mac, but I think if you play a more defensive/reactive game and focus on staying on stage, Mac can actually be surprisingly effective.

If you look at puff frame data sing actually has 3 separate hitboxes that are only active for a quarter to a third of the move so thats why sing is hella inconsistent

With jigglypuff up b, sing, the hitbox is out whenever her hands are out. In the end there are 3 hitboxes at frames 27-36, 61-70, and 100-115. It’s got so much startup I think you’re just going up to late.
