As someone who's attempted using AP guns hundreds of times, here's my 2 cents on the hero kenny. I feel as if Kenny is the worst hero available, hence why he's so cheap. It's not because of his abilities. They're actually all great. What it really boils down to is his weapon. The "Anti-personal" guns. Their biggest flaws are the terrible range (They even have a minimum range requirement. Who puts a minimum range requirement on a shotgun?? Not only can you not be to far, but you can't be to close either!) and their blow back, pushing you way to far back when firing. This is added onto the fact that it takes 2 shots to kill instead of one. In the time it takes AP users to get a single kill, you could get 3 more as a blade wielding eldian, or mikasa and levi. They need to be buffed hardcore. They need more range, no minimum range, less blowback, and maybe even a faster reload. Especially considering most marelyns will just one shot you with a sniper in the time it takes you to land 2 shots.

Not gonna lie but instead of getting the ap kit on eldian (default ap) just use marleyan engineer its more op especialy if you need a boost if you ran out and its more usefull than the rocket launcher where you fire the missile on the ground so the eldians chasing u die so yeah.
