Ok my best guess is: you got some blue LED's to make it look real. Then you connected your MIDI piano to a program that registers what keys you are playing, then connected that to a midi visualizer which then is or connected to blender that outputs a real-time render, or you made a custom scene in obs specifically for this, where you get the midi visualizer output and rotate it to match the perspective
