I feel like people underestimate jeffs ability to be a flanker (especially with the luna team up). He has a decent mobility that heals him and bubbles for more survivability. His main damaging attack is better than you except it to be (especially with previously mentioned team up). I think jeff is good at being a sudo flanker.

Listen, I haven't touched ranked yet, so I can't stand up on my soap box and call Jeff OP, but his tool kit is really nice. Self healing movement boost that also makes his hit box just a tiny ass dorsal fin paired with spread damage and a quick ult. That's a really nice kit. Again, my opinion doesn't matter, but I'd love to self heal and reduce my hitbox at the same time

Honestly not bad but being that type of support it depends, are you doing what this guy does, cause he’s distracting the team and making it that they cannot fully engage in the fight, it’s a war on two fronts, and he thankfully is annoying them and able to survive, things would change if there was possibly a hela, or hakweye, cause if it’s grandmaster and they hit their shots, even with his passive that reduces headshot damage, he’s just like all head, so one good Hawkeye and he’s getting shutdown
