Hey if you ever want to do this again, an easy way to grind is to get a ki barrage attack with 0 dmg and fastest speed, because you gain tp on hit amount and not the amount of dmg you do, thats why shadow dummy training in the htc with weights is better, because you do less dmg and it takes more hits to kill. Also an other tip is just fight the dummy in the overworld and get underwater, the dummy gets 1 hit when it tp's to you and then floats to the top and you can just use the barrage looking up at it.

At the beginning there is no purpose to using weight in the time chamber since there is a cap on how much of your damage gets nullified. The weight is mostly for when you get too strong and are 1 shotting your shadow so that it will weaken your punches and you can still train

You can play are arcosians more effectively you can go to lower forms right at the start when your in a lower form you gain extra ki on top of your base then you can go to full power 100% making you buff until you run out of extra ki this will also give you better stats

Letting ya know training at 5% is the best way to get tp and u don’t get tp from leveling up, u get levels from using tp and always have con higher then strength cos if ur strength is higher u basically have no stamina
