it's quite surreal when riding next to other riders. Throwing a whip and looking over at the rider next to you is very satisfying. Also some of the rough tracks will blow your mind how big the bumps are in vr.

i know my favorite thing is to go to glen helen or another track ive ridden irl, the scaling in vr is pretty spot on

I've played a lot in VR and it's my favorite way to play once you get the hang of it. You can look into and out of the corners which helps a ton.

I have a quest 2 and tried this a few times. On certain tracks if you max out the in game settings and the VR headset resolution it's super realistic but you need a decent PC. It's actually harder to play in VR than you would think but I also suck without VR so not saying much. I'm pretty sure you can adjust the game FOV either through Steam or in the game settings. There's also a way to make the head tracking movement less sensitive so you don't get the shaking.

The shaking is the person not the game. It actually feels quite natural after about an hour of play. You have to get used to vr but once you do it feels natural

With praydogs Unreal Engine VR mod injector I'm now finding that everything's just better in VR. I dont have mx bikes but ive been playiing mxgp3 in VR and being able to physically look into corners and just seeing the tracks and bikes @ a 1:1 world scale makes all the difference for me. I had to up the difficulty to realistic AI and physics it improved my riding so much. Its freaking awesome 😎🤙

Just hold the headset arms length out in front of you and reset the view its way better your view is then 130fov. I only play in vr with a flight stick and sim pedals

I've learned if you have a built pc you can use the oculus debug tool and change the bit rate to 800 or higher and its so much better.
