Thank you! I’ve never really considered myself to be terribly fast in general, but maybe I’ve never used such quick burst speed before. It definitely is a bonus for me in this sport, now if I can just earn some better control once I get there!🤷🏼‍♀️

As always thank you for keeping the activity of putting on/taking off your new shoes, loved the colour of them! also i had a question but perhaps it might be the wrong channel to ask so let me know. i noticed you wore socks with the new shoes and wondered if you have any recommendations for a brand of socks that allow for toe freedom (so to speak). i have pretty unbeatable sensory issues with my autism and socks can sometimes make my feet feel wrestled/confined and on a bad day i can't stop being aware of it, the obvious solution is to just not wear socks but i wear combat boots for my job as a slot machine technician at a casino and it doesn't feel practical to go sockless, especially in winter 🥶. HUGE thank you for any advice. also i loved the natural sounds at the end of this video, so many creators feel the need to fill sound with music but with a voiceover i think the quieter sounds of the original audio for yoga is soooo relaxing and soothing. thanks for your time! i know it's a longer comment ❤❤

Hi Bella, I'm sorry it took this long for me to respond! I thought of you when I wasn't able to keep the braiding portion in this one lol, I do understand the importance of including a ritual element. I'm glad you were satisfied with the shoe process :) I love that you are asking about socks, as I am struggling with this myself. It's for a me a trial and error- I look for crew socks so they don't slide down easily, but a wide toe box is a must. I also think it would help to find a wider toebox boot for work- anyasreviews.com is a great place to start. The channel is getting very close to qualifying for the YT partner program! Once I'm in I will be able to start selling goods... and the first thing that comes to mind is socks. I'm currently in the research phase of this idea, looking for a local artisan who can make me the perfect pair of natural fiber wide toe socks that I can offer directly from the channel here. So, I hope to have a better solution for you eventually! Thanks as always for your feedback. I enjoy adding soft music into my videos, but for this one... I just wanted the sweet dink of pickleballs lol. Appreciate you! xo

The sport has been booming! I’ve heard in the US it’s the fastest growing sport but here in SoCal I can see for myself it’s totally booming, there are new courts being built all the time. As it should be, the game is SO much fun!

I’m always barefoot, on many textures. Court texture is like sandpaper and my playing style is fast and aggressive. Of course this was a silly clip, but I have played barefoot for real and it’s isn’t as fun. Playing barefoot costs me my speed and agility, and leaves my feet completely raw. I’d much rather just wear some shoes (healthy, minimalist ones that don’t bother my shin splints) so I can play my best.
