Add 4 baked potatoes and that is 640 calories for a total intake of 3,440 calories. And that is VERY generous considering most of the fish in Raft are tiny and would probably only provide 40-50g of meat per fish. I would LOSE weight on 3,440 calories per day. I currently eat 4,200 calories per day. At 212lbs (96kg) I have visible abs. The more muscle you have, the more you weigh, and the more active you are - the more calories you utilize in a day.

As for it being one meal...some people choose to follow an OMAD (One Meal A Day) eating arrangement where they only give themselves a 4 hour window in which to eat all their food for the day.

Grian...oh my goodness! Raft is not that bad!! 🤣 you guys just made too many things too quickly. If you focus on Food and getting a Large Desalination Unit (vs building a huge raft), the food/water become far less of a concern as long as you keep the water going and food on the grills. When you have more than 1 person, it helps to divvy up the jobs. Everyone has a specific thing they are responsible for on the raft. 1 - Shark/Seagull Defense Force + Sail/anchor 2 - Supply Hook + Building needs 3 - Fishing + Supply Hook 4 - Research + adding planks to grills/desalination units + making sure food/water are replaced Also: Put everyone on a rotation for food/water. As soon as some food/water is ready? it gets used and replaced, then the next person is up. Nobody goes hungry or thirsty when you get into a groove, and everyone has a responsibility VS being crazy squirrels.
