To turn off that yellow bar under the ball, go to Catch Position Indicator in the fielding settings, and choose Drifting Ball. Then it will be like all the previous years where a ball shows up on the field showing where it will land.

Kevin, it shows you what to do with the stick once you select the pitch, follow the motion and speed, you have the timing to go down right though, also it gives you feedback after you throw the pitch to tell you what you're doing wrong. Also for the fielding, you go on the blue bar where the yellow line intersects with it or you can change the setting "Catch Position Indicator" to "Drifting Ball" in the fielding tab. Have a good night my kind sir, and Bo might be terrifying to face in and out of game this year.

Here's how you use pinpoint, you do the gesture of the pitch type, it doesn't need to be green all around but that is ideal. What matters is when you bring it down to the circle on the bottom, you have to hold the line on the top circle until the pitcher is about to release the ball, so when the pitcher has his arm in a throwing motion behind his head then you bring the line down, you have to time the pitcher motion.

Pinpoint is easy. It literally gives you a blue line to follow before moving the analog. Go the same speeds as blue line. Then, when your pitcher is releasing, press down on the stick. Don't do it early.

So Kevin I am about to write you a paragraph on how to use pinpoint pitching: You see, when you first move the stick, don't leave the dot at the bottom, you have to do it really fast for it to go green, and at the end of that you need to wait for the circle at the top to go as small as possible for a good pitch, then you pull it down. This is for the fastball btw you are struggling. Hope this helped you out my man.
