With the electrical stuff, for small things especially I recommend using branches because you can set the electricity that goes out and connecting a branch set to 9 to a splitter then taking the splitter output to electric furnaces is a very easy way to power them. For industrial stuff you can do what’s called a “daisy chain” where you take the output of your conveyer into a furnace then have the output of that furnace go to the next furnace and so on until you have no more furnaces, then you take the output of the last furnace to the input of a second conveyer filtering for cooked items. Another thing to. Note is that conveyers have a pass through so you don’t need a splitter for every three conveyers, just use a branch set to however many conveyers you have and chain them together. Anyway, this is a Bart lvl yap sesh mb but hope it helps❤

I completely understand your thought process when it comes to bases. It's just a different playstyle really. I love the base building in the game, I just can't do the offline raiding. Building a base to withstand an offline raid is one way to play and many enjoy it. I personally prefer the lack of possessions approach where if I get raided, at least I have 2 or 3 other smaller bases with some loot.

If playing as mostly solo, I find the fastest way to get wood is using the vehicles with box storage modules and a backpack(s). Take a load of stone and exchange for wood at the outpost vending. You can also fill backpacks and toss them in the armored cockpit and they wont fall out as you drive. Chainsaw is second place as far as efficiency IMO.

Those conveyors have a pass thru so once you power 1, you can run the remaining power to others. I enjoy the teir 3 side of rust so I play on modded servers so I can roam with M2 L9, set up electrical systems, fly attack choppers, master farming, and whatever else.
