Have you played as/against pre-rework Skull Merchant? The fact that survivors were being detected by drones while sitting on gens was the whole reason why she got reworked. Skull Merchant is less of a pain to play against, but it was hell playing against a 3 gen “chess” skull merchant.

@@michaelfox6984 yea and she was fine back then. other killers like nurse were better. and could do the same thing. now the gen kick is limited so her changes should be reverted. they only did wat they did to counter 3 gen playstyle, which only made her entire kit suffer and the people that played her the way she was intended have to deal with it.

@@g20million23 everything .. only reason she could do wat she did was cuz of perks and now they cant be used the same way so they need 2 revert the changes cuz she still has to physically act upon the info she gets not like the survivors . 3 gen isnt as viable anymore so no reason she need to be nerfed.

@@unkownperson9250 I can understand why you’d think that , but the perks only helped perfect her power. It’s evident that the killer was never made for chase scenarios, she was made to create zones of defense. The 3 gen play style is just a means of shrinking the map into a more controllable scenario. Making the 3 gen playstyle the manifestation of the main underlying problem. The underlying problem to most killers being “ weak “ are the maps, so if a killers main power is most effective relying on #1 gen placement and #2 map design then the killer is terribly designed … in my opinion 🤷🏽‍♂️
