Remember that double stacked coins on the top fall with a different trajectory and end up many times as double stacked coins on the bottom. That is why I don't like double stacking on the top when there isn't any goodie to get off. Fast and flat will drop many coins at once and prevent so much double stacking on the bottom tray

Jason those screws haven't been tampered with as if they were you would have a very big triangle which would be hard to break down . As it would be there all the time as there is another trick when you move the bars up on the front you put a single coin between them . Then you will be in trouble as there would be no triangle it would be right across the playing field and it be very thick as well .

There was a guy here who had a liquor store with a coin pusher machine...i got him shut down cuz i was playing and there were $500 wrapped around 2 rolls of quarters for a total of $1,000. Just as I'm getting ready to knock them down he came over and opened the machine and pushed everything to the back and took out the extra quarters. I was pissed off

As soon as you said look at the bottom tray its mostly single stacked, thats when you started getting build ups. I think having a double or triple stacked bottom tray is better for pushing the chips over, as you have to get them over the lip. You need something behind the chips to push them, if you cannot, then you will get build ups, as was evident when you went from 90 coins down to 40. You lost coins because you had nothing stacked to push coins and tokens over the lip.
