Hey zwag love your videos ! Sad to hear that you have signs of heart attack on your ekg, i work as a nurse on the Cardiology department in the Netherlands , most of the times when patients have this result on their ekg and they dont have their heart enzymes elevated on their blood work, its stress related. Hope you feel better soon , and dont worry about missing out on posting videos , most of us need them to sleep so we are not going anywhere ;)

Yeah ik this is a slightly older video but I totally get it because my fiancee had a similar thing (consistent hypertensive blood pressure and 90-115 bpm resting heart rate) since both of us have clinical anxiety and work high-stress jobs. Basically the doc said she was very dehydrated but also essentially stuck in a continuous panic attack for days at a time. She had to take a full week off, it was really scary. I really hope he's feeling better now, especially given his pre-existing heart condition.

I forget which video exactly but he basically dunks on the enemy Akali the whole game by styling on her every takedown.

A Xerath in the midlane has a tower to run when he's in danger, his skillset is designed for range so he can stay away from trouble while cleaning waves and his passive helps with the mana early on. On the other hand, Xerath in the jungle lacs sustained damage to clear camps, he is very weak to invasions, has no dashes to go through walls or movement speed buffs to have pressure on many lanes. In mid he is an ok champ, but change the role and he's trash.

Playing these type of intense pvp games really gets to me sometimes. Cold sweats, and heart rates gone out of control. I can imagine them not being the best thing to do for a heart. Especially for four years straight. I've heard these type of complaints from others as well. ^^ ( PS: I do like your content! :P)

I had the same experience with a report saying I had a heart attack, getting tons of EKGs done, being sent to the ER and eventually being told I just have bad anxiety. Anxiety eventually got more under control but now I've got an aversion to blood pressure cuffs because i worry they'll tell me I'm having a heart attack again lol

Wingate isn't solely influenced by how good or bad the champ is, you also have to account for the number of idiots who will throw because they don't like your pick. Old urgot suffered from this a lot, but back then, any champ not played strictly in their meta role was bannable.

I had the exact same thing happen to me last year, I am 30 years old. Too young to be having heart problems. After lots of expensive tests my heart is healthy but my anxiety through the whole thing was through the roof. I completely understand your pain.
