I had pretty much same spot few days ago, I had QQ's with 120bb and I 3bet pre, the CO shoved for almost my stack and the big blind called, he had like 40bb, I tanked for a long time, and I folded, they had Aces and the flop was Queen high. I don't regret that fold at all, It was the best play regarding the stack sizes.
