I’ve been listening to Twilight Force every day for the last week or so. The best power metal band right now, in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing what you all cook up on the next album! This cruise always seems like a blast and I’d love to go one day, but it’s quite pricey and don’t know how it would go over with the missus. But a man can dream, a man can dream.

Cool stuff, but too distracting with that shaky camera. Did you set wrong parameters? I think every decent mobile from the last 10 years has some kind of video stabilisation. Normally you would have to deliberately shake it to have footage like that, too bad. I feel like getting a stroke😂 Tip: get a gimbal for your mobile for 100 to 200 quids, it works like magic. The accommodation wasn’t really great, was it? Two grown man into a small double bed room? That wasn’t a class trip.🎉 Edit: ok, I saw you could separate them. Did the „big“ bands got single rooms or even suites?

15:27 Oooo, pickles! I'm preparing for going on a fast starting in a couple hours then transitioning into a dry fast tomorrow, and in preparation I got some homemade pickle spears organic, sauerkraut, 4 organic pasture-raised raw eggs yolks(whites cooked separately with mustard hot sauce) and some organic avocado mash and hummus to dip the pickles in. I don't have pickles and dip very often so kind of excited, but waiting because of having drank green tea and coffee and taking things best taken on an empty stomach and having the eggs and sauerkraut first. Trying to get serious about eating healthier and getting back into mostly keto and IF, had some sourdough bread that's not bad considering as it's basically just refined wheat(can be better than whole if not bleached/enriched IMO), salt, and no oils let alone seed oils and fermented 18+ hours, but it's not organic which can be a big issue with wheat in the US. Part of the reasons I try not to have things like that and before fast if I do, having plenty of organic green tea, roasted dandelion tea, and coffee the rest of today.

And long before I even knew dry fasting was a thing being 39 now, I was so sick when I was 18 during Christmas vacation I seemed to lose more fluid than I was taking in even just having a sip of water, and if I ate Jello and didn't throw it up, it'd come out the other end still looking like Jello literally 30 minutes later, like you chewed it up and spit it back out. So after 2 days of that I just stopped even having a drop of water so dry fasted 3 days. Looking back even though I had to be nearly dead, it probably starved whatever was making me that sick too so might have saved me. My parents didn't believe I was as sick as I was trying to say I was lol, so refused to take me even to a doctor let alone hospital, kinda messed up looking back. I could barely even sit on a toilet after day 3 and literally shit my pants trying to get out of bed that morning, it was nuts. Couldn't sleep a minute 4 nights either so was up 120+ hours, then when I FINALLY was feeling totally over it and got 2 hours of sleep, my mom wakes me up and wanted to go out for breakfast Sunday morning. She did NOT believe me when trying to explain what I just went through and I was desperate to just get some sleep and would NOT take no for an answer, especially since I was diagnosed with 'depression' a few years back and she just didn't get it at all and thought I was just being 'depressed' and needed 'encouragement', omfg. I REALLY didn't want to be out socially either because as you could probably imagine I was so out of it, but I went and ate a full country fried steak meal. Looking back not ideally how you'd want to break an extreme fast like that, but it was fine. I definitely think I can some sort of deep permanent benefit from that since. Haven't really dry fasted since though.
