13:51 I have a rule question in case the decision is made to not take an unplayable in this situation, but go with preferred lie. Is it correct to try and drop it on the spot the ball became embedded, no closer to the flag? And if the ball does not come to a stop outside the bunker after like the 2nd or 3rd drop, you place the ball nearest to its original position, were it would no longer roll into the Bunker and regardless of what your stance would be? If so, would there be a limit how far away that placement is away from its original embedded position?
