Seen people get banned for speech on official servers. It does happen. One of my teammates even got set up once on Rustoria, it was ridiculous. Bunch of guys surrounded her started yelling slurs, called for an admin, and somehow she got banned for it. They wouldn't even hear her out on the Discord. She doesn't even sound like a guy so it was a pretty hilarious display of the incompetence and unchecked authority official server admins have.
