Yo i have question does xborg good with oracle 2nd item? Because some people said that oracle can help him not just getting lifesteal but speed up the energy bar, so is it true?

once you are in armorless state, energy armor regen stays the same. I tested this with and without guardian helmet (provides health regent over time). What oracle does is to increase healing received. So when you picked up drops from his passive (during armored state) you get increased regen. During armorless state, oracle might not be as useful. You can replace oracle with guardian helmet. Check out my video why guardian helmet is his new build especially in solo ranked. Keep safe! 🔥😁
