Have each of your friends build a house, and tell them there will be a winner. But don't tell them how the winner will be determined. Base the winner off whether they use a specific block, whether a common block (e.g. oak, therefore determine by most number used in the build) or a random one (e.g. slime).

Build telephone!! (Like the game) Have a divider between each of your friends so they can’t see what the other is building. The first person has to build something and then describe what they are doing to the next person. Then that person builds what was described and then describes there build to the next person and so on.
