Hi dear Where are you planning to do your wedding? If it is in kenya he is the one to send you the following Letter of no impediment Passport That is all. Go to E citizen. Submit your papers to sheria house they have to announce it for 60 days my time was 90 days then they book an appointment for the wedding. Things have changed i went to sheria house personally but nowadays you do it online (E Citizen) . All the best dear
