I had promised to take the boss to a Jolada Rotti meal for a while, but somehow it didn’t happen… Until this week when we took advantage of a short Deepavali break to lunch at Basaveshwar Khanavali. Although the meal was enjoyable as usual, tasty North Karnataka fare, jowar rotti served piping hot with butter, spicy curries, nourishing veggie preparations, scrumptious bhaji, chutneys and some payasam and obattu too on account of the festive occasion, the experience was bittersweet as it brought back plenty of memories of my last meal at another branch of this eatery with Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar.
Also couldn't help but ponder on the fact that notwithstanding all the plans we make for the future, the present is all we truly have! We need to savour and relish the now instead of worrying too much about tomorrow. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones. See you on the next one.

What caught my attention is not using Mr.Puneeth Rajkumar name in title of video or in the hashtags to gain views or even just to draw attention of viewers(In my opinion, normally it is not a wrong thing if the name was used but in this sad situation definitely it is little bit not ok if it was used) Om Shanti to Mr.Puneeth Rajkumar. I came to know of Sri Puneeth Rajkumar only after his death. Thanks to social media. When his death was spoken and discussed on BBC UK news channel, my interest was piqued and i looked him up. And learnt about his marvellous philanthropic deeds, his humility, his kindness, love for all humans, love for family, i realised he truly deserved the love and devotion of Kannadigas. So as your wife said, even i feel tearful now, if by chance i come across his pictures etc. India has lost many wonderful sons and daughters recently, and it is very sad that Sri Puneeth Rajkumar is one among them.

These superstars somehow make us feel like as though they really relate to us, our life, the situations we've gone through. They give us hope. They inspire us.
