Oh it’s just a proposal they only got engaged 🥰 The wedding attire they had on was for their upcoming music video this part of the music video was called “THE WEDDING SCENE “ he just surprised her with a proposal at that moment cause he knew it would catch her off guard 🥺😊 that’s why she kept asking was he for real
