He's known Li Na for so many years and he's always been one way, enters Dai Xi and he's changing and being better because of her. Later in the show after ev3ryone keeps telling him, he admitts and thanks her for her good influence and fortune in his life...... Also him and Dai Xi are the ml's lol so their paring if continued is inevitable but it's just in what capacity.

That other lawyer is an idiot sometimes but he means well and I don't disagree with him about the paternity test. Either way the "father" was abusive. Knowing if he is her father or not will allow her to help him or not with a clear conscience without outside interference.

LB loves Li Na like a family member. I didn't see any signs of man-to-man kind of interest with Li Na. Li Na makes him comfortable as she's a great Secretary...his right-hand assistant. Where as with Dai Xi, though Dai Xi gave him a lot of headaches for impulsiveness, she stimulate his conscience, respect, etc.
