M1 is the best if you can read price action and keep up with it at that fast pace. But for someone like me in my 30s. I prefer a slower paced market so I use the 5min and 15min for entry. Which is good enough and saves me the stress of 1min tf. However I do agree entries using the M1 gives you much more precise entry which also means your stop loss will be minimal. With my M5 and M15 entries I sacrificed the bigger R.R for a more relaxed slow approach to trading with low 1R trades. Usually 20-30 pips for TP and 20-30 pips for SL. In reference to $GU $EU intraday trades. In conclusion m5 and m15 is good enough. Less stress. Less need to be so analytical. No one can deny M5 and M15 is more than enough. Less delusions. Less baits. Less manipulation. But by all means if you can trade M1 well done because it makes sense why it’s the best timeframe for entry as you get to zoom in as close as possible to what’s really happening.

you are right about 1 min strategy.....I don't care about daily structure....I just start with 4 hr, and then got to LTF all the way to m1....the profit I get from m1 is more than enough for me....the shorter you need to stay in a trade...the better...you can focus on other things...like urself.....

what, this is insane i have been trading for 3 month now and i only trade 1 min chart thinking i might get liquidated due to my balance which was 5$ and i got 18 win streaks then i put more money in and started to trade 15 min 1hr 4hr i was completely destroyed all my profits were gone blew out my account and now i see why even if i was a beginner the 1 min time frame showed the true intentions of the market unravelling how higher time frame will unfold and there trend continuations, this makes much sense now. after watching ur content for hours, what I'm understanding as a PA trader is that the only difference between SMC approach and urs is that u wait for what is called a "Strong Liquidation" for the early comers to get caught and after that u apply pretty much similar approach as SMC when taking ur entry. double BOS and enter at the premimum&discount.
