Hey RealBreakingNate! I just wanted to say thank you for this awesome channel! I was diagnosed with some chronic illnesses seven years ago and I have to spend a lot of time in bed. Unfortunately, I didn't find this channel until a couple weeks ago, but I'm so happy I did. For the first time in fifteen years I went out and bought Pokemon cards and I'm trying to complete the challenge with you! Congrats on the Charizard! I, like the Pokemon tcg, I know how to play but I don't collect them or play the game, I think it is just strange how 85% of Pokemon tcg community don't know how to play the Pokemon card game, pros of the game look for types and ability costs. I play magic the gathering, because it has more of a competitive atmosphere around the game, I find it upsetting how most game stores will not play Pokemon on the tables all the time, but they will play MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh or others because of there competitive atmosphere. ❤️ For Pokemon tcg...

I think it is usually kids that play the Pokemon tcg, kids that are not bothered with rules or instructions, if you ask they will always say "oh, I just collect them to trade." Yet to trade something, it needs values, like ability costs and the types. Also Pokemon booster packs only have 1 energy type card, you know, the only thing that let's your active Pokemon use abilities of that cost other than some traners. Kids will always skip past the trainer cards because, let's be honest, if you where a 6 to 7 year old and you were opening a pack of cards that all your friends play, you want to see the exotic, cute or awesome looking pocket creatures, you would skip past the human cards in an instant. I play magic because I like how no magic player just trades cards, they will play, upgrade, test, trade, buy, play, upgrade, test, and on. In Pokemon tcg 85% of time it is just buy, trade, buy, trade...
