First off - congrats! really happy for you and I hope it works out :) Second - if you live in the US im pretty sure most employment is 'At Will' which means you can just dip out with no notice, especially if your boss is being a dick. I know you said your trying not to burn any bridges but like, if your going hard into the vtuber thing then that might be one bridge you could afford to burn. remember to take days off tho!
