Was excited to see Zac continuing his career into the NFL, but disappointed when the glitch doomed everything. I completely support your decision to just say done though. My buddy and I both graduated in 2013 and we got an apartment right after. We had a franchise on Madden 25 where he would play the 1st and 3rd quarter and I would play 2nd and 4th on All Madden. Man, what a good time. I remember Peyton retiring then came out of retirement to play for us.

I remember that practice thing used to annoy the hell out of me. Its like when they started adding in those scenarios too, its like they couldn't force the AI to play a certain way - so you'd get a scenario that was like 'Return a Punt for a TD' and then the AI wouldn't even kick in your direction or would kick it out for a touchback 95% of the time or something. No idea if it's still like that in Madden, but wouldnt surprise me how much stuff seems to make it in from game to game

I remember specifically in this game that you could juke backwards during kick returns and punt returns to make the entire defense crash in on you, so the sidelines were wide open and you could run it all the way downfield easy as heck. A bit cheesy though.

Games this old DO have autosave features. NHL 11 autosaved. To its detriment, I think; by 13, they made it so that there were two autosaves and each was separate from your manual save, ie it didn't *overwrite* your save with autosave, it made a new file (and overwrote previous autosaves, rotating to give you a backup, even). Madden just... nah man. I believe 06, the GOAT Madden, didn't have autosave BUT after each event it reminded you to save, so... that worked nearly as well.

Idk if it would be of interest but on the new maddens you could add Zack as a custom player in the draft and he would be authentically drafted, then start a player career and select him by using an active player. It might not be quite as wonky but you would still have to make an end goal for yourself which I know was part of the problem here.

Pretty sure in this madden there's a slider that evens out the difference in the players speed. On the default setting you see 99 speed guys getting tracked down my lineman and linebackers. Should move that slider a bit

well that was definitely disappointing. But we can all speculate on Zak's future HOF career. Have you ever done EA FC? Formerly FIFA... it's soccer. Well since the UEFA cup is happening you could... series idea incoming... Take a bottom tier English team all the way to the premier league, win that, the FA cup, the UEFA cup, and yeah. Soccer makes for a super fun video game. And this would be a very tough challenge. As each time you move up a division, the teams get harder and the money get higher. Anyway, love the videos. keep it up.
