Hi Andy ,Kylie 😊 I was disappointed, there were no sparks ,lol, good job there you two, and your a strong girl Kylie those batteries are real heavy, I had to laugh Andy when you said only 12volts, yes they are, but loads of amps, I've seen a few wrenches whith chunks melted out of em from creating a short on a battery cable, but you knew that already mate, that's why you laughed, lol. Thanks for the video, stay safe guys, best wishe's to all, always in our thoughts and prayers, Stuart, Megan, Uk.

Good morning Andy and Kylie. The new batteries sure made it start a lot better. Its always fun to have to put them in and expensive. Are you guys about done with corn? I hope we have 2 weeks of good weather. We should be done with corn today or tomorrow but we still have about 190 acres of double crop beans to cut. Do you plant any wheat? Have a great day and week my friend
@HarmlessFarmerAndyDetwiler3 жыл бұрын
We don't plant wheat. Haven't since the late 80's when we milked cows. We are down to 60 some acres. Slow going being its still 22% and we can only haul to one drying setup. We do 7000bu in about 3 and half hours, then quit for the day. Should get finished tomorrow

Andy you should put a shut off switch on your battery system, things like grain trucks not started allot them new trucks kill batteries fast cause of steady constant draw on the batteries. they even make ellectronic kill switches so a flick of a switch. when i worked for Maxim truck and trailer a international dealership outta winnipeg we put the ellectronic kills in the lease trucks they leased. cause was a none stop battle putting batteries in them trucks.

Job well 👏 but I don't know what I was thinking I was thinking you were going to grab the batteries with your teeth 😬😅 glad the beautiful Miss Kylie was there to lend a hand (no pun intended 😉) I noticed that the headlights are dim check the ground at headlights they usually lose ground there. But if they are Hazed , 1000 grit sandpaper first all over headlights then 2000 grit same. Get good quality clear coat for plastic if you can find it. But regular clear will work you'll have to do it again in a few years. This is if you want to save money or content. ✌
