I think a fun challenge would be to choose a military school (I like Air Force, but you already rebuilt them I think) and do a no-passing challenge. Take as long as you like to rebuild, but zero passing yards allowed. I would like to see you run a flexbone/wishbone triple option scheme. I would also suggest an all-99 defence player career. Sadly, my favourite position is safety and they don't allow that in this game, so MLB I suppose.
