Stephen you are an absolute delight! I just came upon your channel about a month ago and every time I watch you bring such a smile into my life. I also love how you drag your sister along, you two are so funny. I’m estranged from my brother sadly so it’s nice to see siblings having fun with each other. Thank you so much for your channel. You bring a lovely ray of sunshine and a smile into my life just when I need it most.

Just when I think things cannot get better….you strap rockets on your paddle board. What’s next? Mini jet packs for your walking poles “Rocketeer hiking” 🤣

Oh so much fun! We are browsing the Waydoo website right now and are imagining what we would do with some. We have had to rescue tired rowers on the Thames before and they would have been so helpful.

Last year I went kayak camping on loch Lomond and we got stuck on the island an extra night after the wind picked up. This would have let us paddle against that 14mph wind and get off.

Where did you get the bracket to attach 2 subnados at the same time?? The ones on the website only allow for one.

I was thinking about getting one of these, but ended up getting the Hiqmar isup e-fin instead, the battery is separate from the motor, but has much more range than the one you're using.

Could you not mount it on the front of the board, so you wouldn’t need to change the fin? Just stand in the opposite direction on the board when turning them on?

Great idea for for a rescue board. Especially with juniors or beginners. Looks like you making 5-6 knots. ( Check on a wrist mount GPS) Which harbour is this?

Yeah it was faster than I was expecting, much faster than I could ever paddle. That’s Port Muck in Islandmagee. Had hoped to go back out and do a speed test but we had a very narrow window of good conditions and was too choppy by the time they had charged back up again

@@StephenJReid I see a Antrim Coast expedition growing arms and legs. I seen these for SCUBA, liked the idea of being shrunk down. less drag! 400 price is OKay as the market price for the big units 4000! So 2-3 units Combined. Then add an Nuaticam or a Gopro plus Video lights.

Bet it makes you feel like the Six Million Dollar Man when you're gliding along without much manual input :-) Guess it could be very handy when you have to return straight into very choppy water + head wind.

Hi Stephen, that looks fantastic and comes at the perfect time. I've been trialling an electric motor in my canoe which has also been great fun, though nowhere near as compact. I wonder how they'd perform on the canoe? Would you be up for a test run?

Inspired by your video, I bought Waydoo Subnado to test. Revelation!! I just ordered a second one and I have a problem. I haven't found either a single motor mount for SUP or a double one anywhere on the Internet. I would like to buy some mounts to rotate the motors between the SUPs I own. Can you suggest something?

What matters most is is does it come from a Chinese company that has zero support when it comes to repair and maintenance like all the other similar products.
