Best option would be rashford, hes gunna be around 55-60 million but he has the quality and the ability to play as both a striker and a winger. The problem with the team is that they dont capitalize on the chances they create because of rooney's low shooting stat but rashford with shooting high pace and solve that issue and hes amazing on the counter attack Edit: Rashford's powershot+ playstyle would also be good for longshots and 1 on 1 situations

Convert Bernardo Silva and Igor Ribeiro to CAM , because him as a second striker under the shadow of Rooney is not getting him more involved. It also gives him space to work with and use Trickster+ , Quick step+ and Technical+ playstyles more often . You can try selling some squad players like Will Power and former captain Dunn to generate some cash and buy to create depth as you are going to be in the UCL this season. Winger: So I'd recommend the strategy you had before with Rooney being taken under the wing of Benzema and go for someone with experience in the Champions League, you said Vinicius but what about his teammate Rodrygo? Or one final suggestion is Ansu Fati, I know he'd been struggling to reach his potential but checking on him could be an idea. Striker: Again I'd go down the route of mentoring Rooney with someone experienced, you could go for Osimhen, Jota, Darwin Nunez, I'd recommend Nunez, he's a live wire, he offers pace and also offers assists as well as goals, yes he's questionable at times but if he's reached his potential then he's unstoppable. It’s not the striker or the winger you need a cb. A star CB like araujo or Ruben Dias. Benzema saw something in Dave Rooney. Rooney is ok for now atleast. You keep conceding pens n getting opened up defensively you need a CB

For a new Striker you could get a younger player like Openda or Kolo Muani, and for winger you could get also go younger players and get Ansu Fati, Karim Adeyemi or Xavi Simons.
