Had similar position during Russia Ukraine war, i had sold puts and had carried it over weekend, Those 2 days were period of restlessness as how market will respond on monday. fortunately damage done was 2L only. But will always remember incident and learning.

They expect 2% because their capital is 10cr. If your capital is less than 1 cr there no point in 2% returns. As the capital grows expectation of returns reduce and lowering risk exposure is their priority.

now the trend has changed... i was doing option selling since dec 2020.... but i never gained a single penny .... but since past 6 months i am doing options buying and i am in a profit of more than 20%,,, i think this is a buying market very high volatility always stoploss hit... money loss in 2 or 3 trades... but now fixed loss so no need to worry.

The host needs to shut up and let the guest speak. The background of the guest which should ideally take Max 10-15 minutes drags on for the entire episode because the host is interrupting and going in a monologue and diverting the topic. Please work on shutting up and listen. If you want to tell your own story then keep a dedicated episode for that, don't take guests' time for it.
