Yes, lots of software professionals are leaving job due to unhealthy working conditions and stress. People are treated like machines, they are labelled as "resources" and there is a timesheet for every person to fill what work he has done on hourly basis just like maintaining timesheet for machines. This is inhuman and cruel. People should not be allowed to work in that way. Govt should change the policy for MNCs and bring new rules applicable in European Union and uinted states.
