Hi Matt yeah those jellyfish where insane, i was out at Rau's those islands on Tuesday the 13th November, managed a nice 60cm snapper on a softie. There is so much structure there and even further out, i will be exploring there again for sure. Keep up the good work.

Great vid and good luck with your new Yak. Just a tip *** The c-tug trolley can be broken down and fits in the front hatch of the Reloads, saves you having to go back up and lock it up etc!!

cheers mate, im fully aware of the c tug fitting in the hatch, but i dont like carrying the weight in the bow of the kayak bc weight in the ends of any boat hugely impacts momentum through the waves.

Hey Mate, What do you think of the reload vs the old 400? Much harder to get onto the van roof? Thanks
@NomadicKayakFishing
@NomadicKayakFishing 29 күн бұрын
Hey bro, they're both great kayaks. I owned the older model of the 400 and haven't tried the new improved 400 model- but the reload is definitely a faster kayak and easier to paddle in rough conditions thanks to its hull profile. The trade off is maneuverability, the 400 wins out there. Personally I prefer the reload as I do a lot of offshore fishing in open water. And the reload is no harder to get on the roof thanks to the new lighter hull material. Hope that help mate👍 tight lines
