I quit my job in China... Now what?!?!

I recently went to the NL for Christmas and had a great time with my family. I wanted to share my experience and also talk about a big decision I made a few months back. I'm really excited about the future, but you will have to subscribe to find out what Miguel and I will be doing after I finish my contract.

Life is full of possibilities. However, sufferings are part of our lives too. They’re all rooted from unsatisfactory. Therefore when you become or starting to feel unsatisfied. It’s very normal. It’s why you quit your job in the first place. Now you do not like you are seeing… Long lasting fulfillments can only be attainable when you have discerned the Buddha’s teachings. I taught at one school from Feb 2008 to Dec 2019. Loved every minute of it. The P.S.B ruined my chance of extending the contract as they deemed I was too old.

China is more realistic and practical than official Canada, once reason for the massive gap in development between the two countries.

I heard some expat in China say that if you quit your job then you will have to find another job in a given time or else you will have to leave the country

My contract is ending at the end of this academic year and the document I signed asked if I wanted to accept their offer for the next school year. I decided not to, which means I won't be returning to this school after the summer. I am still under contract for this school year and I'll be finishing that up. If you quit mid-contract yes, then you'd have to leave the country or have something new lined up.
