Thank you Jael for this. 2 years ago, I also decided to go ghost. I changed my number and only gave the new one to the people who mattered to me most which is my family. Moved out of the estate where i used to live and just went to an out of town setting where none of my "friends" could find me. Seven months ago, i also completely quit alcohol and clubbing. Fast forward, it's me, my wife and our 3 months old daughter, we are levelled up and are spending all the time we have together; happier, healthier, better financially (i am 28 now)...and i can't be more grateful for my decisions. You have to DECIDE and the younger you do the better!!

In Jamaica, we used carrots to make juice, and to add to our soups. In America, carrots are eaten as vegetables, add to salad, and to make carrot cake. I love carrot juice with ginger; it's healthy and refreshing. Just blend the carrots with the ginger, and put through a strainer then add some brown sugar.

Hi Jael,I think to preserve your carrots, other roots like potatoes, cassava, fruits and vegetables you might need to embark on building a "Root Cellar" remember when our parents would dig a small hole in the ground near the house to keep to roots like cassava and potatoes fresh for a few days to even a week, well, a root cellar which is simply a well built hole in the ground (look for videos in how to build a root cellar here in KZbin and chose the most practical for you) that can store your harvest for months while still staying fresh because a root callar is built at least 3m underground that's way below the ground depth the roots grow so they stay fresh for month. Your future videos could be showing people how you built your "Root Cellar" for long term storage if your Harvest. Thanks, I'll be following.

In America, it's called " egg foo young" by the chinese.I add bean sprouts and water chestnuts to mine or any type of shredded meat if you want.Yummy!! You can dilute a mild dish detergent ( in America, most use regular dawn for this lol) with water .And spray early mornings before the heat of the day and right before dawn. You may have to experiment with what amount of dosage is good for your crops.I use this solution for everything, but be careful using as I said in the heat of the day because plants can be burned.

Beans are a great crop to use in intercropping agriculture because it compliments a variety of crops, and, as a legume, replenishes nitrogen, a soil-enriching nutrient that may be depleted by other crops. Can be intercropped well with bananas, coffee, maize, and all crops that are grown in many parts of East Africa.

Hi Jael. Love your videos. You can store your carrots in a tupperware container and put a serviette to cover them before you cover it and store in the fridge.
