As I watch this a day before I resign. I have been mentally ill...constant headaches....the pressure from a manager who reminds you everyday that your fortunate to be working for the company meanwhile we sales reps bring money to the company. I got hit by a car and they want me to bring evidence, I'm not hurt..but I was hit by a car. Do they want to see me in a casket to prove that indeed I was hit by a car and couldn't work for 4days?... it's time I leave. The way we are treated in that place is horrible. After 7 years I have accepted that I'm leaving with nothing. Cause I was an employee with NO BENEFITS. I'm tired physically and mentally. It's time

Came across your channel yesterday and I'm loving it here. I resonate so much with you. I resigned with immediate effect on the 3rd of Sept. I had no plan B, but you know what, it was the best decision I've made. Enough was really enough and I walked out of there and never looked backed. I'm at peace. I'm so so happy for you. God has a perfect plan.

Dear Mma Letsoalo almost 2yrs ago, I resigned from a job that I loved but was no longer serving me in terms of growth without a “back-up” plan, people said the same to me, 5months later I got my dream job. Glad I found your channel and I have subscribed. I left after a year and 9 months and I totally get it. Blocking out the noise helps. For me my mental health took a huge knock, and I was getting anxiety attacks every DAY before my shift. I am praying hard and consistently and just letting faith lead me. All the best❤

I've been working for the government for 4 years now as a Salary Level 4 employee and I've never been more stuck in my life. The thought of resigning has struck me one too many times and I'm afraid because I don't have a plan B but i have such big dreams. I don't know what to do but I know in my heart that I am meant to work for myself, one way or another.
