I don't have the impression that this guy was representative for the whole team Hansen. So far they have been good sportsmen. After getting tagged multiple times by audis, one time even resulting in the retirement of Timmy i fully understand that he was worked up, his words may have been harsh but seriously every point counts for the championship. And i've seen all the incidents Larsson is a very aggressive racer, even if Szabo hadn't been there he would've pushed Timmy into the tire wall. This is about the championship and you have to understand if some drivers will get emotional about that. Doesn't excuse what the mechanic did in any way but as i said i don't think what he did is something team Hansen would defend or stand for.

@@KapitaenAwesome Of course mechanic was representative of the whole Hansen Team - he got full team gear on him and headsets etc.. They should be given some penalty due such harsh unsportsmanlike behavior. Otherwise it looks like that FIA accepts such violation of immunity. BTW. Great video!! This really takes viewer inside the action.

What an absolutely FANTASTIC episode (Just remember that Hansen mechanic doesn't speak for the drivers themselves and just made himself look like a twat) Except Timmy implying the Audi are deliberately pushing him its because they also want to win and are not just gonna give the position to you which is why Bakkerud gave up some positions because he wants to play it safe and be consistent.

Thats true, they always badmouth other teams even though they are the ones that utilize team tactics the most, you could see that when they had kevin block both timur and another driver at the start of semi 2 so timmy could get away quickly, it was such a scummy move

Huge Bakkerud fan but I can undesrtand the frustration from the Hansen team. Audi brought in Robin Larsson who showed nothing all weekend except for some super aggressive driving against the Hansen cars. Before I thought Larsson was a good driver but this weekend he was probably the worst on the grid bar 2 or 3 gentleman drivers. Hoping to see a fair fight in South Africa and a fairly won World Title for Andreas!

I can see why Timmy is upset but you have to stay professional. All teams make calls to bring the gold home. Like when Hansen’s had Kevin step down from a race so loeb could be in the final. It happens but to break the code of respect is just wrong. Andreas will be the champ. Not a doubt in my mind.
