Great video as always...did it Sunday for the first time and if you think Saturday was slippy..... Sunday was even worse after her night of rain it was like Bambi on ice at the bottom end of stage 2......got cramps in thigh end of stage 4 as well.....all in all brutal.....even more so the Push up hike a bike bits between stages no one sees but still love every bit of it 🤟😂🤟

I just did the Southern Enduro recently in Minehead and it was fun but didn't realise quite how brutal it is, by the 5th stage i was fucked! this video made me feel better haha Cheers dude, keep up the sterling work! oi oi !!

How do you guys race with no food on you? Do you just try eat a fair bit before and try finish as fast as possible or do u just go hungry? I raced on Sunday and had a back pack with three litres of water in snacks a pump and my phone😂
