raid hasnt been updated since who knows when so teh base database is still before racks added so theres no racks in raids

Not on the map, they spawn on the radio when ur lvl 150 and you do some tasks given by the raiders until they give you an auto generated base that isnt in the map. So yeah they suggest it

If you have C4s on your inventory take one and it counts like you found it. The other thing you can do is to go to the red zone and open chests. And the last one is to give red tickets on bunker alpha.
